Upgrading To Win2K

I was thinking of upgrading a machine to Windows 2000 and was wondering if there are any compatability issues with the server? It is NT4.0 with small business server. Any help would be appriciated

No, No, NO, Not small business server.
Upgrade path
SBS -> NT 4.0 -> Win2K
or
SBS 4.0 -> Win2K Small Business Server (Not yet introduced but is going to be soon)

Basically because of backoffice products like exchange, sql etc.
