I am considering upgrading my Windows 98 OS to Windows 2000 on my home computer. Most of what I have read about the process says to start from scratch. Is this what I shoud do or can I do an inplace upgrade. I use EIDE drives with USB scanner andcamera. My printer is a HP 895.
