I have a Cisco 4500 with two fddi cards and 1 4 port serial card. I am having problems with uploading my config file to it. I had a router fail over the weekend and I am unable to upload my config file. I am having problems cutting and pasting itinto the router. I am using hyper term to get into the router. When I paste it into config mode I get some formatting issues. I think that it has something to do with notepad adding carriage returns to the config file. I was wondering if there was different text tool or Term-emulator that I should use.
