Urgent, Samba Windows networking

by farayi . Updated 22 years, 2 months ago

W2K server – with SP3, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP all working fine.
Linux RH 9 server – with Samba, patched uptodate, member of W2K Active Directory.
Linux server can see & browse W2K & access all the shares. W2K can see Linux server but when trying to browse, I get error “\\ is not accessible. The network path was not found.”
Sometimes while browsing using Nautilus File Manager – Network Servers, the servers will not display. I would then have to logout & log back in, then they would appear again. I’m basically trying to connect to the samba shares from windows and vice-versa. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanx.
