Urgent Trust lost between domain and workstations

Had to do a system restore on SBS 2k3
Back to service pack 1

Network as it stood was SP2

Before doing any MS upgrades decided to see how the workstations were doing and come up with Trust broken between domain and workstation unable to log in.

Will this all go away once SP2 upgrade is inplace or am i gonna have to figure out how to reconnect all computers?
