Urgent:Recovering Windows settings

Hi,

i have reinstalled WINDOWS XP in C:/ b/c of the change in processor and AGP card. I had the previous installations (all ORACLE, .net and other stuff) on F: where my previous XP installed before this reinstallation…

I wanna to find out is there any chance to recover those installations….

Suggestion : Copying Program Files and documents and settings folder and windows folder from F: to C: …. will it solve my problem…
