I forgot my Dell XPS 8600 boasted only USB 2.0 ports. Having just bought a Samsung M3 Portable External Drive and being sick that it takes about 10 hours to backup 1 TB of data – yet took only about 90 minutes to make the original backup – big mystery…!
Question: Is it possible to upgrade from USB 2.0 to USB 3.0 and if so, how…?
Any ideas will be appreciated.
