Can I use a Web Cam on a Winnt 4.0 Service pack 6 so I can conference on web?

nt4 does not support usb however I have seen a biometric security device use usb on winnt4.o but they wrote a custom driver. microsoft wont support usb on winnt4.0 nomatter what service pack sorry. let me know if there is any mor questions about this you may have

as i said microsoft dose not support usb this guy has to be talking about a third party driver and i said i have seen a custom driver work

Last I checked, NT 4.0 would not support USB at all and MS had no intentions of making it so. This was only about two months ago. With out doing too much digging though, I found several cameras that work through the composite video in on some graphics cards.
