USB device in my computer (reposted)

I have a problem and have tried everything I can think of. I have an apple Iphone that will not show up in my computer and also in scanners and camera’s.
My computer shows all my USB traveldrives and Mini USB hard drives. I have changed all the drive letters already to no avail. I know the iphone is working because it shows up fine on two other computers. When the iphone is first connected to my desktop it shows up as a imaging device in the device manager and also comes up in the picture viewer and shows all the pictures from the iphone but a error message comes up that says I can’t copy due to interface not registered. Please can anyone help me. Thanks
