systray keeps popping up a message balloon on my Dell 600 that states “USB device not recognized. The funny thing is….there is no device plugged in for it to “not recognize”. USB devices do work fine when then are plugged in but the message constantly pops up almost every 5 seconds.
ANY THOUGHTS!?!?!?! I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, USB drivers.
