Hi, I’m using a Windows 10 computer. After updating my computer yesterday, I received an undetectable message when trying to connect my USB device to the port. I tried several ways but it didn’t work. If there is anyone who knows about this, let me know.

    Thank you

Hi, I have experienced the same as I just upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. Have you checked if there are any devices connected on your USB ports? Mine turns out to be my very small WIFI dongle that U had to reinstall the drivers from its CD. If there’s none, you might want to go to device manager and uninstalls the USB root hubs in there. Then do a restart and it should install it automatically.

open Device Manager, expand USB Serial Bus Controllers, right-click on USB Root Hub and then click on Properties. Click on the Power Management tab and uncheck the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power
