USB drivers for NT 4.0

By rekruyt ·
Where can I find drivers for USB on Windows NT 4.0
USB is default not supported by Microsoft for NT but I heard that there are others who have developed drivers for USB on NT.

USB drivers for NT 4.0

by edrox In reply to USB drivers for NT 4.0

Hi,

I have tried once with a driver suplied to me by Logitech, but it is the best way to corrupt NT, give it up, or don't use USB or use Win2000, it works beautifull on Win2K.

Sorry to bring the message, but don't kill the messenger.

USB drivers for NT 4.0

by craig.gifford In reply to USB drivers for NT 4.0

I was looking for a solution to the USB and NT 4.0 problem. I found a product called USB Retail, from BlueWater Systems. Their web page indicates that their USB Retail product offers the NT 4.0 USB drivers to easily interface plug-and-play USB keyboards, USB mice and USB printers. Other devices, they recommend checking with the hardware manufacturer for available NT 4.0 drivers. The USB Retail drivers are listed for $79 for a single user licence. This did not help my requirements, but anyone needing to interface keyboards, USB mice or USB printers might find this a solution for these types of products.

Please -- NO EMAIL REPLIES unless you have a solution that supports CD-RWs! Thanks!
