USB Flash drive 2GB to 118MB???

I have a flashdrive mp3 player with 2GB capacity, i formatted this because of some problems but now it is only showing 118 MB, what happened to the rest of the space and how can i restore it to its original capacity, please help. HOw can i use the “PL2315Config.exe”? I am using windows xp for OS.

u need to format as fat not fat32 which is for a hard drive over 32 gb

download the hp formating tool cos the one on windows will only do fat32 and ntfs
