I a client that has a USB flash drive and had it plugged in and the power went out and the laptop shutdown. They pulled the flash drive out and then re-booted the machine. Now the when you try to access the drive it asks it you want to reformat. Why is this happening and can data be recovered off the drive? Thank You.
