I have my pictures and other documents on these Travel Drives. I plug them into my USB ports to view them, yet these past couple of weeks the computer hasn’t let me do so. Everytime I try to plug something into the USB ports, whether it be the Travel Drives, my iPod, or my camera, it completely freezes. Then, I have to take out the drive and power off my computer and turn it back on. I cannot leave the drive in the USB port when starting it up either, because then it just won’t load at all.
How do I fix this? Can I do it by myself or do I have to bring it to a shop?
