USB Mass Storage Device not working

I am running XP Professional on my pc and so is everyone in my office. I have several USB devices connected to my pc and they are working fine. Whenever I plug the mass storage device in, Windows gives me a message that it recognizes it, but when Igo to My Computer it does not show up as a drive. I have taken it to several other pc’s in the office and they recognize it immediately and it shows up properly in My Computer. I have gone to the device manager and it says the device is working properly. I would appreciate any suggestions you might have.
