An co-worker asked me to take a look at her computer. Constant freezes, modem not working, funny noises… etc. Anyway the computer is equiped with only usb ports for mouse and keyboard. Since the usb doesn’t become active until windows starts I am unable to use the keyboard to get to the bios, or boot to safe mode, work from dos, or anything that requires me to use the keyboard. Is there anyway to use the usb keyboard outside of windows?
