Install the chipset drives for your motherboard.

What are the specs on your computer?

Accept the Driver

When the window pops up that the driver has not passed Windows Logo testing, you need to press the continue button and install the driver anyway.

Basically, all this notice means is that the hardware manufacture did not pay Microsoft to test and verify the driver.

Once the USB driver is installed, all should work properly.
