USB port in Win NT

Good Day everybody.

I would like to ask if Windows NT supports USB port? Because have a new board and I install a Windows NT OS, I seach for a help about USB port but it didn’t display a topic. My point is, I don’t have the right way how to configure my USB port in my Windows NT OS. Please help me guys. Thanks in advance…
