hi i am trying to fix a friends computer problem but i have tried everything reset bios, changed bios usb legacy from auto to enabled. reinstalled windows xp….now the weird thing is i have been testing all this with my usb mouse and when i plug the mouse in, the usb symbol shows up but there is no power to the mouse…also even though there is no power to the mouse for almost the whole time; when windows starts the mouse blinks…like it should be getting power but it doesnt get power before or after that very weird……shoot i even booted into ubuntu live to see if it was windows and still nothing
