USB Printer on Win Terminal.

Hi,

I have a Compaq Evo T30 Windows terminal with a HP Laserjet 1000 printer that can only connect using USB. The terminal is connected to Windows 2000 Terminal server with service pack 3.

As per Microsoft documentation, printer redirection for a USB printer on a windows terminal is not supported…

The HP 1000 does not support any other way of connecting instead of the USB port.

There doesn’t seem to be anyway to tell the terminal (the Compaq T30) that it has a printer on its USB port, only via LPT or COM.

Does anyone know of any way around this?
