Two of my clients have the same problem: they both have Lexmark printers (differents models) and every time they boot WinXP appears the Add new hardware wizard. I tried upgrading the printers software, disabling the bidirectional property of the printer and a lot of other things that didn’t work. Could it be a Usb problem? any ideas?
