Hi,
I have a Sharp AM-400 Laser printer that runs by USB and a DLink DWL-G122 Wireless Adapter. My problem is that just recently whenever the printer is plugged into a USB port (any port, have tried them all) my Wireless adapter fails to be recognised by Windows XP pro. If I leave the printer unplugged the wireless adapter works fine and visa versa if the adapter is unplugged the printer works fine. Also I have noticed that if I leave the printer unplugged, restart the PC, the wireless will connect fine, then I plug my printer in, both will work for a short time then my network neighbourhood conections start to fail and eventually the PC locks up. Strange thing is that even though network neighbourhood fails to recognise other PCs in network the internet will continue to work. Both the internet and the network are run through a LinkSys Wireless ADSL Modem/Router.
I need to share the printer from this PC to my notebook, which is why this is so frustrating at present.
Any sugestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
