USB video controller?

We have an IBM Anyplace kiosk that only has 2 USB ports, basically. It has no video out such as a laptop would have to hook up a projector. I'm pretty sure that video can't be sent across USB though. Does anyone know of a USB attached video controller or some such device? We want to avoid having an additional PC in a kiosk enclosure to handle a second display screen

For example, at a trade show (or as a retail solution) we would have our software product running on the Anyplace kiosk touchscreen for customers to place their orders. Meanwhile the kiosk could also be running something different- flash movie, streaming video, etc. on a second LCD display in the kiosk enclosure. Or if such a controller exists, our software could change what is shown on the secondary display based on what actions the customer took on the touchscreen; such as when selecting wine, the second display could begin playing paid ads from a local winery. You get the idea. Or if anyone can devise another way to accomplish this with just USB available. Thanks!
