I have a user attempting to use a USB 1.1 flash disk on two Windows XP machines that are USB2 ready. It works fine on one machine but on the other will only load if plugged in before boot up (if plugged in after boot up it will not read although it says all drivers are correct and the device is working fine – hence any troubleshoot will not work). The Device is called Agenie Pro made by Adata and whilst a disk comes with Win98 drivers – nothing appears available for this variable XP situation. Any hints?
