I am having a strange problem and I am looking for some advice. We have a client with two locations. Location 1 is the main office and Location 2 is a remote site. At loc#1 we have a terminal server set up using Server 2008 Std. At the remote site they are using a dymo labelwriter connected via usb to print labels. At the remote site the printer works fine on the local machine (XP Pro). When we connect up using RDP this printer is redirected and shows up in the printer list. If I print a test page it will come through. However, if I open up the DYMO software it will not see this remote printer. I have tryed reinstalling the software but I do not get the option to choose this remote printer that has been redirected. I have also tryed manually installing the printer driver on the server with no luck. If anyone has had similar experience or have found a work around please let me know
