user account expire in win 2000 pro

Dear All:

I have windows 2000 pro the problem is that after 30 or 45 days my local user account is expire i want that my account never expire if is it possible please give me your great experieance.

I don't know for 2000 but in 2003 you just check the "account never expire" or something like that when you create the user.

If this is a local account not a domian account go to Computer Management under administrative tools and once the snapin opens go to local users and groups and click on users. Then double click on the user you want to modify and select password never expires check box. If your password does expire it will disable your account.

Dear first right click in your My computer-->click on Manage---> the Computer Managennt Console willopen Then Click on user ----> u will find your user name ----->right click----> property------> click on check box "Never expire my Password".

You will never prompt for password change.
