user accounts and folders in windows 2003 server

I would like to create user accounts for a group of employee. i want it to be such that every time icreate an account, a folder for that user is automatically created in the home folder. how do i get to do this?

Two ways.

1. First way is sort of by hand.

Create a user account that will act as the template. Call it say User.Template and set it up to be exactly the way you want your users accounts to be config'd.
In the location that defines the home directory path. Enter the following;
\\{servername]\{home folder directoy}\%username%
So if I wanted all user home directories to be on my MIDSRV1 in the user directoy the entry would be \\MIDSRV1\user\%username%.

You can then right click on the template account and click copy. The copy will create a new account and prompt you for the new accounts name information. Once completed it will create the home folder for the new user automatically, under the \users\ folder, labeled as the users name.

Try it out it works pretty well.

2. If you are VB savy you could write a VB script that would do the same thing.
