I have a user who is logging onto their workstation, and when they open Outlook 2000, it prompts for the password. After entering the password and being told it is incorrect a number of times, the connection will be established. When they open the OWA (Exchange 2000) client, they have no problems. Other users can log onto their machine, and access their email via outlook with no problems.
What could be preventing the pass-through authentication from taking place only for this user, and onlyfor Outlook.
I have reinstalled Win2K SP2, Office 2000, Office 2000 SP2, and Outlook 2000.
