User can’t get to web app

We have WIN2K machines on a nt network.

There is one user who can not get to the web app for time sheets.

She can if she goes to another machine but not her own.

Have tried reloading IE6, renaming machine.

Finally(after 1 hr) just gave her a new one.

Does anyone know why just this machine will not let her or any user in to \\uec***** ?
