We have a network that is running Windows NT 4.and Exchange 5.5 on a new server. The Exchange server is used for mail and calendar access. THe
calendar is in the secretary’s public folder on the server. She uses it to set up meetings. The problem is that she cannot no longer access her account at all. She uses outlook on her workstation, but she is denied access. for a while
it was a periodic problem, where she sometimes get connected and then she cannot. Plus, various users cannot get to view the calendar and some can. The issue is inconsistent. The NT server has
SP6 and Exchg. server has sp3, There are plenty of licenses. What can I do to resolve this?
I was thrown it to fix this problem recently.
Any ideas? I will take any.
