User Environment-Connect, via "net user"

By tom.sandidge ·
How can one set the "Connect" parameter (the drive letter) in "User Environment Profile" via the NET USER command? Or any other means via a batch file.

use the following format

net user %username% /homedir:\\%computername%\%sharename%

to connect drive Z to \\%computername%\%sharename% for user %username%

of course you have to replace all the variables with the relevant names
