User Environment Error at sign on.

When I sign on the network or the locally I recieve the following box. User Environment: Windows cannot load the user profile but has logged on with the default profile for the system.
Detail: Not enough storage is available to process this command.
Does anyone know what I need to do to correct this problem. I have already taken myself off a roaming profile set up. My profile is very large compared to others on our system after I set many permissions on my local computer.
