User Environment

I have a user account set up for me and my Spouse, using Win XP Pro. When she prints a page from Juno, it "clips" part of each line which is difficult to read. I posted a question at this web site and tech. users thought that it was a driver problem for my MFC, 4800 Brother printer. I downloaded a new set of drivers from the Brother website and after installation, the problem went away, only on my user environment. My spouse user environment still "clips" the lines. So I conclude that the old drivers are still loaded when her user environment is activated. Is there a way to "copy" the print drivers from my user environment to hers without re-downloading the drivers on her account? Please let me know. Thanks in advance, Sid Kraft s.w.kraft@netzero.net.

This may not be the answer you are looking for, but have you tried changing the page layout to Landscape (File -> Page Setup -> Landscape)? This may resolve your problem. As far as copying your user environment, you could copy your profile (into your spouse's computer. However, this would overwrite all of your wife's settings.

Printer settings are different for each user. You can either copy your profile to hers and lose all her data or simply have her log in and reload the new drivers.
