User home directory

NT server with Win98 workstations. I’ve noted the ability to create a user’s home directory in NT, however, the instructions require using roaming profiles. I’d like to stay away from roaming, but willing to try. Will the user’s default directorybe ‘secured’ during the setup, or does additional protection need to be applied? Trying to secure the server user files and this seems to be a way to go. Know this works under Netware, does it work in NT?
