User ID and Domain

There is any way we could have same user ID and Domain stay in the logon window. When we press ctrl-alt-del and we put the user ID and select the domain to login but when we try to login again the same user ID and domain stay there.So I don’t want that, I want one user ID stay all the time no matter who logged in before.
