User login bypasses group policy

I have 2 users that appear to bypass group policy assignments at login and therefore have none of the network printers assigned to their workstation. These users have identical group memberships as users that are not experiencing the problem. It does not matter which workstation they log in on, the problem follows them around the network. Any ideas? Server 2003, 2 domain controllers, XP Pro clients.
