I am running NT4 server SP6 and now have 1 PDC. Although I have enabled user lockout in the account policies, this is still disabled (greyed out) in all the user properties. I have set it to lock until admin unlocks. This happened after I promoted the BDC to the now present PDC and I did have problems synchronizing the domain – could be linked?
Any ideas
