user not able to access files in personal folder

I have one user that from time to time is not able to access her own files. She is the only one that has rights to them. She can see them but it will not allow her to access them, says she has the wrong password. She has to somtimes reboot several times before it works. And we run in a citrix environment.

Any ideas?
