We have 2 users on a segment of our network that originally had to go through a T1 line to log into the domain at our Corporate offices.
Recently, we were able to install a BDC on their segment of the network (same domain as the one at Corporate).
When these users log in, the don’t have access to the network mapped drives. They can get to them eventually through the Network Neighborhood, but it’s causing me unhappy users.
When you view the event viewer of the BDC, it has an Event ID 533 Logon Failure – User not allowed to logon at this computer. These users have always been a part of this domain. The BDC has the same settings that all other BDC’s and the PDC have.
Any suggestions?
