User Permissions and rights

Have users at a remote site that need to access a program on a netware server. The user will access this program through terminal server. On the terminal server, I installed the program to the netware server using drive W. The application icon on the terminal server desktop points to drive W. They only need access to this one program. I know to give them rights to the program on the netware side. What rights and permissions should they (the group) have on the terminal server side?
