i have two users log into the same machine through DOMAIN, and i have some software installed on that PC one of them can use the software but the other person can't .now i need two have them both to be able to use the software.the software is on C drive of the PC.

It could be as simple as moving the shortcut from the specific users start menu/desktop to the all users start menu/desktop. Or it may need to be installed again for the other user. What software is this? Maybe a call to the support desk for the mfr is in order...

It workes but only if i give the second person an administrator rights,is there anything else i can do to a void giving the user administrator account on the machine.

It sounds like it has set the security on either the registry settings or the folders/files. (it may have ploped the configuration file in the first users home directory for instance) Best bet is to track down the registry keys and change the security to allow the users to have full control on that key; don't forget to do the same for the programs folder. You still may need to contact the vendor if the registry keys/files/folders are not prominent...
