User Profile Access

As a Security Administrator, I obviously don’t want all of my users to have all the priviledges of the Administrator user setting. However, in order to make my time more efficient, I need them to be able to do their own updates to the Norton Anti-Virus program and the critical updates for Windows. Is there any way that I can alter the Limited User profile category to allow my users to do the everyday maintenence tasks?
