User Profile Security

We noticed, much to our surprise, that our WIN2K and WINNT4 PC’s that are built on FAT32 do not honor user profile security. Our PC’s built on NTFS do not have this problem.

The problem we see is that when logging into a FAT32 WIN2K (or WINNT4) machine, any user can access the My Documents section for any other user on the machine even though they have rights as low as “guest”.

Is there any alternative to correct this problem other than converting to NTFS?

Please advise.
