I have a user who did some kind of update today and now there user profile won’t load…ie. no desktop icons, documents, everything is as a new user. Excel, word all want to install ect.
Also looking into the documents and settings folder on the local drive there are multiple users ie rob.000 rob.001 etc. This computer is a member of a domain but normally logs into the local machine.
Any ideas?
