User Profiles Causing Explorer Errors

I have a Windows 2000 Workstation that was used
by the front desk as a stand-alone. When I connected it to the domain and the user logged in created a new profile for her. She was very upset that all her settings had changed. I went into the profile settings under User Profiles and copied her local profile to her domain profile. Now when she tries to log into the domain an message box pops up that explorer.exe has caused a error. After a few seconds another message box appears then another then another, this goes on until you finally pull the plug.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
