user sending empty email

Since we went on Exchange Server (2000) I have one user that continually has a problem sending email. She types a message but when the email gets to the destination it has no text in the body. When she checks sent items it is also blank. I have had her remove stationary and signatures – same results. It has happened occasionally to two other users (out of 40) but to her frequently. She’s also my boss and since she’s getting tired of it – so am I. She is using Outlook 2003 – sending as HTML.
