Take a look at your profile. Change default path for your saved documents, for Outlook store folder, for Temporary Internet files, don't store folders or files on desktop (only shortcuts) - generaly reduce your profile size.
Or use a local profile instead a roaming profile.

Analyse you profile.

Use WinNT Explorer to calculate how big your profile is (100 Kb, 500Kb, 2Mb, 200Mb ?).

If you know this, check which directory that makes it so huge ? Usually it is caused by Outlook Express files that are stored in your profile path ( in directory C:\WINNT\PROFILES\UserName\Application Data ...etc. ).

If it is caused by your Outlook Express files or Outlook file, then place it on a server shared directory instead on your profile. This way, it will be retrieved only whenever you are using the application related to the files.

One more possibility is due to Policy Configuration. The more specific user you created to allow specific Policy Setting, then the longer is the logon process. This is especially true when one computer is shared among different users with different Policy Configuration.
