User settings

I have recently got XP pro for my home PC (We still use NT4 at work, so I’m still abit rusty on XP), but my housemate is not able to see read the screen properly at the resolution I have it (I use 2180×1024, but she needs 1024×768 or less)- I know that I can set up several preferences for different users on the same PC, but I don’t seem able to set a screen resolution for her without this change affecting my own preferences (and messing with my desktop arrangement). Can anyone give me some advice about this? I am very used to viewing at a small resolution (not really that small with a 21″ monitor) but she just cannot read the screen properly…
