User specific environment variables

By rgrowcock ·
Does anyone know of a way to set the system environments to accept new users? I have to set a set of environments up on each computer and it has to be specific for each user that may log onto this computer. I would like to find a way to automate setting the environments. Can you use the %username% option to set these variables? I really hate having to change the settings for each user. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance. Roger

With NT and 2000, you can use all of the system variables in the environment settings. Some of the ones I've used are the %homedir%, %profilepath%, and %username% variables and I've not had a problem yet.
